  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    Currently, I am only shipping through USPS.
  • I haven't received my item yet, and I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What should I do?"
    Bobwhite Supply Co. is not liable or responsible for lost / stolen packages or for the reimbursement of the items purchased. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, consider purchasing a shipping option that includes insurance (like Priority Mail). If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, I see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.
  • I just placed my order. When can I expect to receive it?
    Orders are shipped within 7 days of the purchase/payment date. Orders are processed Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday. Please note that I am a one-person shop and everything is handcrafted and processed by me, one at a time, in the order that they are received. PLEASE keep this in mind when placing your order, as the impact of certain online companies with free 2-day shipping have had on the patience and goodwill of customers does seriously impact the owners of small businesses. However, if your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact me via the "Contact" page on the website and I will try to get it out as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders but typically items shipped through USPS First Class Mail (standard shipping) take an average of 2-5 business days and 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. Please choose the Priority Mail (as an upgraded cost to buyer) option if you would prefer insurance and detailed tracking information.
  • My package arrived damaged! What now?
    Once the shipment leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for what happens after that. If your item arrives damaged, you will need to contact USPS with the issue and information. From there they will open an investigation. Bobwhite Supply Co. is not liable or responsible for reimbursement in these unfortunate incidences.
  • I've shipped to the wrong address! Can this be corrected?
    Please note that Bobwhite Supply Co. will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. I am able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships. If your item is shipped to the wrong address, I find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, I will contact you once the item gets returned to me. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (The amount that you were charged for shipping originally.)
  • Can you ship to multiple addresses?
    If you are ordering gifts for multiple recipients and wanting the package delivered directly to them, you will have to place individual orders for each. The website platform does not have the capability to offer this service (as most, do not).
  • Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?
    I do not offer local pick-up at this time. However, I do have the option available at checkout for local delivery for Shiner residents (77984 zip code only). Delivery is free for all orders over $25.00 and $2.00 for orders under $25.00. If you do not live in Shiner, but your place of business is, just make the shipping address as the location in Shiner you would like me to deliver to. If you have any other specific instructions on your delivery, please leave them in the notes section provided at checkout. Please understand that I will not deliver your product if I feel it might be lost or stolen or I feel unsafe. I will contact you, should this situation arise, to make an alternative delivery arrangement. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Any orders placed for delivery on the weekend will be delivered on Monday. If your order is custom or made to order please allow approriate time given in the item description before delivery will be made. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me in the 'CONTACT' page from the website.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    At this time, I only ship within the United States.
  • Can I return or exchange my item?
    I am a small, one-person business, so please understand that I cannot allow returns simply because you no longer want the item. All of the products on the website have multiple pictures, so you can see the size and appearance of the item and a detailed description. Any jewelry purchases simply cannot be returned for hygiene concerns. All sales are final for any custom purchases. All that being said, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If there is an error on my part, the item is broken or damaged (not from shipping or carelessness), or you believe you have been misled on the item, I am more than happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your product and experience. Please contact me via the "Contact" page on the website, should an issue with your product arise or if you have any questions regarding a product prior to purchase.
  • How should I care for my jewelry?
    The best thing you can do with sterling silver (applies to plated and filled), gold filled (applies to plated), stainless steel, and brass jewelry is keep it sealed in a baggie (like the one your product is shipped in) when you aren't wearing it, to prevent oxidization. It is also best to keep it from water, chemicals, sweat and grime. You may use a jewelry polishing cloth to take off light oxidation and to restore shine. There are also jewelry cleaners, that if used occasionally, can really help keep the product clean. Just like anything, if you take care of it, the longer it will last.
  • I have sensitive skin. Will your jewelry irritate my skin?
    All of my jewelry is made from nickel and lead-free components. If your skin is very sensitive, I would suggest opting for something made with gold-fill, gold vermeil (gold plated over sterling silver), sterling silver, or sterling silver-filled. I have these options available and you will find the materials used for every piece in the product description. You may also apply a protective coating (clear nail polish works too) over plated earring components that will keep the plating from wearing off over time.
  • The leather on my earrings is starting to darken. Is this normal?
    Yes...very. With any leather, the more it is used (worn), it will over time start to darken and even soften...which is commonly desired and the nature of genuine leather. For leather components on earrings, oils from your skin will cause it to darken quicker. Please note, that getting leather wet (swimming, showering, sweat), exposing it to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, lotions, oils), and prolonged sunexposure can cause your leather to darkern, become splotchy, and even dry out. If this happens, you should treat it with a thin layer of leather conditioner and wait until completely dry before wearing. Be forewarned that applying a leather conditioner will also cause it to darken.
  • Will the dye on my leather earrings rub off on my skin or clothing?
    It is rare, but possible. It typically will not since it does not have contstant contact with the skin or clothing. It does have a higher chance of transfer if the dyed leather comes in contact with any sort of moisture (water, sweat).
  • How do I know if the necklace is not going to be too long or too short for me?
    Though it is not the same for everyone, here is an average guide to help you have an idea of where certain length necklaces will sit when worn.
  • Are all of your products really handmade?
    Yes! All of Bobwhite Supply Co. items are handmade by me, Tysen Kopycinski, in my home studio in Shiner, Texas. Due to the nature of handmade work, there may be slight variations between pieces and no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
  • Do you gift wrap?
    Packaging is important to me. All orders are packaged with Bobwhite Supply Co. branding and style and gift ready. Your reciept is sent to the email provided upon checkout, so there is no need to worry about a packing slip included in the shipment if you are mailing to the gift recipent directly. If you would like a message card included in your shipment, there is an option in the product page to do so. Please note, that there is a nominal fee added should you select this option.
  • I am wanting to order multiples of one of your items listed in stock but it won't let me.
    If this happens, it may be that there is only one item in stock (or available). Please note, that everything at Bobwhite Supply Co. is handcrafted and operated by one person and this is a very new adventure for me. I am also currently trying to take stock in what products are being sold more than others to know what I should keep more inventory of. Please have patience with me as I get everything up and running to full speed. I will be adding new items and restocking listed items frequently, so check the website often or follow Bobwhite Supply Co. via social media. However, you are not completely out of luck! If you are wanting mulitples of a product that is not stocked in the amount you are requesting, please message me under the "Contact" page and I am happy to work with you to fulfill your order...I'm pretty easygoing and I promise, I don't bite. Ha!
  • Where's all your stuff? You don't have much listed or things you've listed that you say you offer.
    Please note, that everything at Bobwhite Supply Co. is handcrafted and operated by one person and this is a very new adventure for me. I am currently in the process of making and listing new items to sell, at the same time, trying to take stock in what products are being sold more than others to know what I should keep more inventory of. Please have patience with me as I get everything up and running to full speed.   • Do you offer wholesale?
    At this time, no. I am currently focusing on what I have and would like to offer, on this website. However, I hope to be able to offer this service in the future.
